FUN FACT! The Amazing Sewer Boy was not Shannon’s first secret identity. After watching “Condor Man” as a young child, Shannon once fashioned a costume out of yellow pajamas, wings and a beak he made from newspaper, and a pair of swim goggles. He then took up the task of patrolling his neighborhood looking for evil doers Shannon has spent the majority of his adult life working THE Burt’s Tiki Lounge, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Burt’s has been ranked as one of Americas top 20 dive bars in the U.S. and has won best dive bar in Utah almost ever year he has worked there. Burt’s has been featured on Comedy Central’s “Insomniac” and has served drinks to the actors that portrayed Dante and Randall in the “Clerks” movies, as well as comic book creators Matt Fraction and Rick Remender. Burt’s has also hosted some of the greatest live musical and standup comedy acts in the friggin’ world. Shannon is now in the last year of pursuing a degree in elementary education, which isn’t really the radical shift in careers that you think it would be; for the last twelve years he has been babysitting adults who regularly drink themselves down to the developmental level of 5th graders.

Hi Kerry ..and crew. I am looking for ideas here =) I am doing a wish for a young kid in the SL area. He is crazy about legos and star wars (very much so). He went to legoland already (my first thought). Can you guys think of any super cool ideas that a young kid would get into involving Star Wars? I am thinking possibly of Disney Star Wars weekends in Fla..and am hoping for more ideas. Thanks very kindly!!! Though I love SW ..this is definitely not my area of expertise =) K

I think someone should mention that Mirage studios the makers of TMNT have been bought by Nickelodeon/ Viacom. That even includes the comics. So the last mirage produced turtles comic is in the near future! I thought the most recent movie was pretty good. They made a profit on it too according to box office mojo.

Hello there my favorite geeks! I have finally almost caught up on my episodes. I am wondering if the "technical difficulties" that were mentioned from the 2/4 show are going to be added back in? I was really disappointed to not hear the heated debate between LGK and Marcus about "as long as its to scale" thing. Also I realize that you guys are pretty busy, but can you accept my Facebook request? I am longing to be your friend!
On a final note, thanks so much Kerry for recommending Penn & Teller in Vegas. Went and saw it with my Australian a couple days ago and can't remember when I've enjoyed myself more! Keep up the good work!!!
